National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Chief Information Officer-Solutions and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) Small Business, 8(a) and Small Business Set-asides

CIO-SP3 is available to all federal, civilian, and Department of Defense agencies with world-class value-oriented technology solutions. This Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) has ten (10) task areas to meet virtually every information technology (IT) need, from legacy system maintenance, to emerging digital solutions, to health and cybersecurity solutions. CIO-SP3 has a 10-year period of performance (ordering ends in 2022). The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) designated CIO-SP3 as Best-in-Class (BIC), thus recognizing it as preferred contract vehicle for IT products, services, and solutions. CIO-SP3 has a reputation of being easy for agencies to use and flexible in contract structure, and having a stunningly streamlined ordering procedure that saves agencies time and money.
